I’ve looked ALOT into this, had a long chat with someone experienced in it. They’res many tricks you can do, and its really quite popular and im pretty sure its not too bad for you mentally, maybe it could be if done over long periods of time (like everyday for 3 years or something) But what the best part of all this sounds like is your brain creates feelings for you in your dream. so if you were to fly in your dream your brain would create that feeling as you’d imagine it would be. Also theres loads of little tricks in your dream, such as like writing looks strange, clocks never look the same like in person, lights dont work properly and this and that loads of little cool things but wether its true or not y’know? moral of this post… im DESPERATE to try it.
